Name of the area – Arpalyka. About 200 metres from the village. A 4 000 sq. m. plot. Sea view to the east, view to the village to the west. North and south – mountain view. Excellent for a seaside cottages the plot is very close to Kranevo. Excellent place to invest into, 20 km from Varna and about a quarter of an hour walk to the sea. All the area around the village is ecologically clean, free of any industrial pollutants. Its south end is on the well paved road to Kranevo.
